Emerging Leader Award

DESCRIPTION

The Emerging Leader Award recognizes a CREW Kansas City member who is rising in their career in the commercial real estate industry and in the community. This award will honor an individual who has contributed to the organization through volunteering, engagement, and participation; and is known for their exemplary work in the industry. The individual is ambitious and energetic and has achievement in the industry as an emerging leader.

CRITERIA

The Nominee must be a member and must have at least three, but no more than eight years’ experience in commercial real estate.

Nominee demonstrates continuous and exceptional contribution to CREW Kansas City, including but not limited to: choose all that apply

  • Member of a CREW Kansas City committee(s)

  • Chair or Co-Chair of a CREW Kansas City committee(s)

  • Speaker, moderator or panelist for CREW Kansas City programs

  • Demonstrates “CREW First” by giving and getting business to/for other CREW Kansas City members

  • Participation in programs, Leadership Certificate, webinars, events

  • Completed Leadership Certificate Program

*Please Note: Nominees are not required to complete every one of the items listed above but should be able to demonstrate areas where they have contributed to or participated in CREW Kansas City.

  • Nominee has led or been involved in industry projects that have been impactful to her company and/or the community.

  • Nominee has distinguished herself professionally and demonstrates great leadership qualities.
