Chapter Leadership

CREW Kansas City is managed by a Board of Directors that works together to set and accomplish the Chapter’s strategic goals—helping to advance the success of women in commercial real estate. Serving on the CREW Kansas City Board of Directors is a unique opportunity for leadership and networking among other ambitious men and women working in the commercial real estate field.

All CREW Kansas City Board members, directors, and committee chairs serve individual terms of one year.

President - Jamie L. Buckley

Jamie Buckley is Senior Vice President and Head of Commercial Banking at Emprise Bank, where she leads a broad commercial banking franchise focused on delivering comprehensive financial solutions to middle market and commercial real estate clients. In her role, Jamie leads diverse teams across the banking franchise, including commercial banking, commercial real estate and treasury management. She is responsible for driving growth, fostering collaboration across business lines, strengthening client relationships, and delivering an exceptional banking experience that helps clients achieve both their business and financial goals.

Beyond her role at Emprise Bank, Jamie is deeply engaged in the financial and business community. She currently serves as President of CREW Kansas City and has held various leadership positions within CREW Network over the past 15 years. She is also a member of the RISE Committee for Big Brothers Big Sisters Kansas City, serves as Programs Chair for the Risk Management Association Kansas City Chapter, and is a board member of the Leawood HOA.

Outside of work, Jamie enjoys golfing, traveling, running, and exploring new culinary experiences. A self-proclaimed foodie, she is always looking for ways to combine her passions, whether that means discovering a standout local restaurant, fitting in a run while traveling, or enjoying a round of golf in a new destination. She values experiences that broaden her perspective, strengthen relationships, and inspire continuous growth both personally and professionally.
