President - Jamie L. Buckley
Jamie Buckley is the Senior Vice President and Director of Commercial Banking at Enterprise Bank & Trust, bringing over 20 years of experience in business and commercial banking, talent development, and leadership. She specializes in working with middle -market companies, providing strategic guidance to help them expand, grow, optimize efficiencies, and enhance cash flow. With extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, she and her team take an entrepreneurial approach, offering concierge-level experience tailored to each client’s unique needs. Her greatest fulfillment comes from collaborating with businesses to navigate complex financial landscapes and achieve their long-term success.
Beyond her role at Enterprise Bank & Trust, she is deeply involved in the financial and business community. She currently serves as President- Elect of CREW Kansas City and has been involved with CREW Network in various leadership roles over the past 15 years. Additionally, she is a member of the RISE Committee and Empow(her) for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Kansas City, the Programs Chair for the Risk Management Association in Kansas City and is a board member of the Leawood HOA.
Passionate about mentoring, coaching and talent development, she is dedicated to helping others – whether colleagues, clients, or emerging professionals – achieve their goals.
Outside of work she enjoys golfing, traveling, and running, and she is a foodie at heart, always seeking new culinary experiences. Whenever possible, she loves finding ways to combine her passions – whether it’s exploring a new city with a round of golf, discovering a hidden gem of a restaurant, or enjoying a run in a scenic destination.
President-Elect - Kasey Vena
Kasey Vena is the Vice President of Operations and a Principal at Newmark Zimmer, where she leads business operations and drives organizational excellence. As a member of the Executive Team, she oversees accounting, marketing, human resources, information technology, and business administration, while also managing the Property and Facilities Management division. Kasey is passionate about aligning operational strategies with company values to deliver exceptional results.
Before joining Newmark Zimmer in 2022, Kasey served as General Manager of the Country Club Plaza for Taubman, where she directed operations and marketing for the historic mixed-use district. Her career began in marketing and business development, with a focus on retail, sports, and nonprofit organizations, giving her a unique perspective on client engagement and brand strategy.
Kasey is deeply involved in the Kansas City business and cultural community. She currently serves on the Board of Directors and People + Culture Committee for Starlight Theatre and is President-Elect of CREW Kansas City. Her previous leadership roles include serving as Co-Chair of the Business Advisory Council for Starlight Theatre, Communications Committee Co-Chair for CREW Kansas City, and Board Chair for the Kansas City Public Schools Education Foundation. Recognized for her professional achievements, Kasey was honored as one of Ingram’s Magazine’s “40 Under Forty.”
