The committee seeks nominees that will bring a diverse range of perspectives and represent attributes across many dimensions, including race, ethnicity, age, gender, sexual orientation, education, and socioeconomic class who has developed and championed ways to foster DEI efforts within their organization and in the commercial real estate community in Kansas City
The Nominee does not have to be a member of CREW Kansas City to be honored for this award.
Nominee demonstrates continuous and exceptional contribution DEI Efforts, including but not limited to: choose all that apply
Advocates for social justice policies and educates those they work with about DEI issues
Stands out as a champion of DEI through their leadership in the commercial real estate industry and the Kansas City community
Inspire others with the work they do to further the cause of DEI by putting these ideas into practice within their own organizations and beyond
