Join CREW Kansas City for our final Project Tour of 2024! We will be seeing and hearing about the exciting private and public developments in Downtown Lee's Summit.

Starting at Collins | Webb Architecture for light refreshments, their team will provide an introduction of Downtown Lee's Summit. The tour then kicks off at the newly opened Arcade Alley, a Retro arcade bar for all ages. Then traverse to Greene Street to hear from City Officials about the four-season Farmer’s Market and Event Space, covered Outdoor Performance Area, and a Streetscaped Pavilion that is currently under construction. Finally, the group will see and hear from the female led development team of Ellis Glen, a new urban infill mixed-use project. The tour will end with networking and continued discussion at Collins | Webb Office.

PARKING: On-street parking is available downtown along with several public lots and parking garage.

ATTIRE: You must wear closed-toed hard soled shoes. No open-toed, sandals, or thin-soled shoes will be permitted for safety reasons.

BRING: If you have a hard hat, please bring with you.
