Join us on Tuesday, October 28th at 4:00 PM at the Plaza Library for this year’s Commercial Forecast event!

We’ll kick things off with a Fireside Chat (4:00–4:30 PM) featuring Gibb Kerr (Cushman & Wakefield) and Tim Shaffer (AREA Real Estate Advisors). They’ll dive into all things Downtown KCMO, from exciting projects currently underway to upcoming development opportunities shaping the future of the urban core.

Next, from 4:30–5:00 PM, we’ll host a Regional Economic Development Forum with leaders from Lee’s Summit, MO, Platte County, MO, and Lenexa, KS. This is a unique opportunity to hear directly from ECODEVO professionals about the innovative strategies they’re using to attract new companies and fuel growth across the metro.
